1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Dive Language LLC (“Dive Korean”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using Dive Korean, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not share your account credentials with others.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Dive Korean offers a free tier and a paid Premium subscription. Premium subscriptions are billed on a monthly or yearly basis. You can cancel or manage your subscription at any time through the account settings. Prices may change with notice.
4. Content Usage
All videos, reading materials, audio, and other content on Dive Korean are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not download, redistribute, re-upload, or publicly display any content from the platform without written permission.
5. User-Generated Content
Premium members may post comments. You retain ownership of your comments but grant Dive Korean a license to display them on the platform. You agree not to post content that is abusive, hateful, illegal, or spam. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.
6. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon deletion, your personal data and usage history will be removed from our systems.
7. Limitation of Liability
Dive Korean is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes we will notify users via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of Dive Korean after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Refunds
All purchases and subscription payments are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused access, or cancellations made after a billing cycle has started. You may cancel at any time and will retain access through the end of your current billing period.
